Worship
The Holy Eucharist
|
When we come together to worship God on Sundays, we receive the Word of God through both Scripture and Sacrament. We hear the Word of God and we receive the Body and Blood of Christ through the Bread and the Wine so that we may dwell in Christ, and he in us. We come because we need to. We come because we need true spiritual nourishment for the forgiveness of sins and eternal life. We come because we are given the grace and strength needed to share the love of God in the world.

The Daily Office
(Hours of Prayer) |
The hours of prayer structure our entire day around our need to be connected to God. We hear, listen, and also speak. St. Christopher's holds Morning and Evening Prayer at our Church space on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00am and 4:30pm, respectively. We also encourage praying the hours of prayer each day wherever we may find ourselves, whether it be in our homes or places of work or somewhere else. If you do not have a Book of Common Prayer available to you, please take advantage of the online resource below.
